Senior Swimmers at Long Course Summer Awards Meet in July 2008

Enroll in Tsunami's Competitive Swim Team today to learn and grow in a caring and fun environment.

Tsunami Swimming is a member of Virginia Swimming and USA Swimming. Tsunami competes at the local, state, and national levels. Swimmers gain strength and endurance through practices, confidence through competition, and bonds of friendship through the close-knit team structure. The senior swimmers on the team serve as mentors for the children enrolled in the Learn-to-Swim and Swim & Stay Fit programs.

The competitive team is divided into three practice groups:

The Novice group, for beginning swimmers, has three practices per week.
The Junior group, for more advanced swimmers looking to step up their training, practices four or five days a week.
The Senior group, for older swimmers who are serious about swimming, practices five or six days a week.
